Deposit and Payment Policy
A deposit must be paid by the guest within 7 (seven) working days of confirming a booking. Failure to remit the deposit within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the reservation, which will be deemed invalid.
For bookings made with 30 or more days remaining before the scheduled arrival date, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled within 30 days of the arrival date.
For bookings with 30 or fewer days remaining until the scheduled arrival, the full payment of the total amount is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Please note: These policies are applicable throughout the year, except during the Festive season (20th December – 10th January).
Standard Cancellation Fees (Non-Festive Period):
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival:
A fee of 25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited. - Cancellation within 29 days or less prior to arrival:
The full amount of 100% of the total rental will be forfeited. - No-show:
The full amount of 100% of the rental will be forfeited.
Festive Season Cancellation Fees (10th January – 20th December):
- Cancellation 90 days or more prior to arrival:
A fee of 12.5% of the total rental amount will be forfeited. - Cancellation within 89 days or less prior to arrival:
The full amount of 100% of the rental will be forfeited. - No-show:
The full amount of 100% of the rental will be forfeited.
Refunds may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation to process. Any remaining balance will be settled once the refund is processed.
